1 Nu-Foam cushion 22”x 36” x 4”

Directions: ½” seam allowance for Bed and ¼” for Dog Bone and Ties.

Cut 2 pieces of fabric for bed, 26” X 42”. With right sides facing, sew around 3 sides leave small side open. Make corners; on wrong side fold fabric in half matching seams and sew across 1 ½” down from point. Do this on 2 corners.

Hem opening 2” (fold over 1” and 1” ) press, do not sew yet.

Make ties by cutting four 30” x 3” strips of fabric. Fold in half lengthwise with right sides facing, and sew all around making an angle at the ends. Cut each tie in half and turn.

Sew tie ends to the inside of hem fold. Sew hem in place.

Turn and insert cushion and tie.
