Nature-Fil™ Batting, Fiberfill and Pillow forms

Quilters and crafters seeking eco-friendly, sustainable alternatives to traditional batting, pillow forms and fiberfill now have the alternatives and selection they're looking for available from Fairfield.  The Nature-Fil™ line is the result of years of research that have gone into the discovery and development of natural fibers that deliver outstanding results and superior performance. 

Currently Nature-Fil  includes products developed from two types of renewable fiber: PLA Corn  and Bamboo.

Nature-Fil Corn fiberfill is a hypoallergenic fiber made from poly lactic acid derived from natural corn sugars.

Nature-Fil Bamboo products are made of a soft, naturally antibacterial fiber derived from bamboo plants ? a sustainable, environmentally friendly and rapid growing crop that is grown without harmful pesticides and fertilizers.

Bamboo Batting

Bamboo batting is made with 50% luxurious bamboo fiber and 50% organic cotton batting. This is an ideal batting for machine quilting. It has a beautiful loft and when quilted it provides and smooth, even drape. The thin scrim allows a quilting distance of up to 8".

Bamboo Pillows

Bamboo pillow forms have a silky soft texture with long lasting beauty. They are filled with 100% luxurious bamboo fiber and have a 100% cotton jacquard cover. They have professional decorator results that are only normally achieved with down, demonstrated in the video below.

Bamboo Fiber

Bamboo fiber is 100% garnetted Bamboo fiber. The strong, high-luster fibers give this product a unique soft and silky texture. Bamboo Fiber is Earth Friendly and made from renewable resources.

Corn Fiber

This environmentally friendly fiber is made from annually renewable resources. It is a corn based fiber that uses the same process as poly-fil for superior resiliency.
